Lily's weekend

Lily had a great weekend. We went to a restaurant with a sandbox and Lily loved to put her feet in the cold sand. She had a great time playing.

Now Monday the 21st of April, Lily has the croup. I heard from Leann that if I ever hear Lily barking like a seal that I should know it is the croup- well thank goodness I remember this conversation. We were up from 1:am on. She had her first sick visit to the doctor. They said she looked great and that it was nothing to be worried about. The gave her an oral shot of steroids and sent us on our way. She is up to 16lbs now and just smiles non stop. I never met anyone that can feel awful but still have a smile on their face. McF

Lily and her hips

I am not sure you all knew. But, Lily had a doctors appointment yesterday for an ultra sound on her hips. We went down to the Children's Hospital and had this done. She did such a great job she did not cry or fuss at all. Just a little baby on a big hospital bed getting her first ultra sounds. Anyways everything went well and her little hips are just perfect. So no need to worry about this anymore. Have a great weekend. McF

look at ME!!!

I finally found my feet. Now every chance I get I grab on to them and roll around. I am getting so big. I am giving mom and dad really bad bags under their eyes because I choose not to sleep through the night right now. Ilike to wake up at 3 and stay awake for an hour.

New Milestones

I love wearing daddy's hat. I think I look really cool. We are trying to find a hat that will fit me better. I need to be able to wear ball caps when daddy is watching sports.

This weekend has been something. Lily has started to laugh out loud and also rolls over. She rolls to her stomach and then gets so upset cause she hates being on her tummy. She has rolled back over a couple of times but that is it. We had to take the bumpers out of her crib for safety reasons. I am a little nervous about this. I can't believe all that she is learning to do. We went to Clay's on Saturday and I got to see all of the animals. I was so glad that the pony did not try to eat my little fingers. I was sure impressed with the size of this guy. Lily

Easter Lily

She had a wonderful time. The Easter bunny came. She got lots of toys and had a great Easter egg hunt. She found all of the eggs that I hid for her. She had a great time at brunch although she had to sit on the floor. Her little car seat was too big for the high chair. We had a great time. She is getting so big. McF

baby girl is 4 months old

The little one went to the doctor today. She is now 15.7lbs. She is doing wonderful and passed all of her tests that Dr. Brack gave her. We now get to start eating more rice cereal (which she ummm is not sure about) and some fruits. She got 2 shots in her legs and was so upset about it. Thank goodness daddy was there to make it all okay. Much love and Happy Easter if I don't post before then. McF
