You can't really see the ribbon above the letters but, I thought I would give you an idea. Thanks Aunt Leah for hanging them so well. McF

Doctors Visit
Just got home from the doctor. Things are going really well. It looks like she is weighing about 5lbs 11oz. So she will be a big girl. She still has that foot in her face-- hopefully that will go away when she is born. We are now on weekly visits (which makes me happy)! Maybe she will come before the 3rd of December, I am almost positive that it will happen that way. So we got to see the precious little one today, and needless to say we are so excited. McCalle

Another Post
nothing really new to post today, but I promised I would update the blog. We had our shower last weekend and it was a great turn out. Lily got so many great things. Now, where do we put all of this stuff. Mike will be busy this weekend putting swings and such together. We are for sure going to need a bigger house soon. We go in Monday to see how much Lily has grown, I can tell you she is getting big!!! Sometimes I get a little scared because my pregnancy is not a normal one. I can not feel her all of the time and so of course you know me I worry until I finally feel a little move. She is starting to slow down even more, there is not a lot of room in there for her to wiggle around.
Mozey (my mom) was in town last weekend for the shower and she helped me get things in order. I know she is just as excited as Mike and I are. You never feel so far away from your mom until something life changing like this happens. I know she will be around a lot, and that is really all that matters. I was always so close to my mom and I would hate if Lily did not know her too. Anyways, I will update more as things happen. Until then we just wait...... 46 more days until the scheduled arrival. Another day
Just thought I would let you know that we went to the doc today and all was well. We go back in two weeks to see how much Lily "moose" Fryar has grown. It is getting closer and closer to the time. I think I am ready, but then again I freak myself out everytime I start thinking about bringing a little baby into our house. I know that things will fall into place, I guess right now we are a little nervous- they say that is normal. I have Mike reading a baby book to get him up to speed on what to expect. He has not fled yet so I guess he is coming to terms with this as well. Until next time, McF

Velveteen Rabbit!
"What is REAL?" asked the Rabbit one day, when they were lying side by side near the nursery fender, before Nana came to tidy the room. "Does it mean having things that buzz inside you and a stick-out handle?"
"Real isn't how you are made," said the Skin Horse. "It's a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real."
"Does it hurt?" asked the Rabbit.
"Sometimes," said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. "When you are Real you don't mind being hurt."
"Does it happen all at once, like being wound up," he asked, "or bit by bit?"
"It doesn't happen all at once," said the Skin Horse. "You become. It takes a long time. That's why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in your joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand."
