Crawfish and Tunes Festival!

I know..... I know.. I should not have her bare butt on the internet. I just love her little squishy rear so I have to show it off. I promise not to do it again!

We went out to Old Town Spring for the Texas Music and Crawfish Festival this past Sunday. There were no crawfish eaten, who has time when chasing the kiddoes all around??? We had a good time, and enjoyed watching Lily run around like a crazy person with her squeaky shoes on.
Lily is becoming more and more of a little person everyday. She is doing so well in school and has been moved up to the next class. They thought it was time, and that she seems to learn faster and and enjoy learning more than the kids she was with. They say during circle time that Lily can not get enough of all the activities they do. And that she is the only one that actually sits there and listens. I for one can not imagine her sitting and listening but WONDERFUL!
She is getting more and more of a little DIVA attitude so it is time for momm and daddy to take action before it is totally out of control. I will let you know how that works out, I am in search of a timeout chair as we speak. So we will see if I locate one.

The ZOOOOOOO!

We made our way to the zoo this past weekend and had a great time. Lily loves the animals. She loves the petting zoo part the most. She probabyl could have stayed in there all day petting the goats, but we really needed to get through the entire zoo before it closed.

Our Bubba!

4/20/09 we lost one of our babies. Oliver Stewart Miller-Fryar is no longer here with us, but we know that we will for sure see him again. I can not go into any details, it is too painful to write. But, we loved him so much and are devastated having to say goodbye.

Jules' Visit

Jules had to evacuate San Antonio to get away from the Fiesta madness. So off to the Fryar's she came. We were so happy to have her. We went out for Mike's birthday dinner and had such a great time. Taste of Texas is one hell of a place, their salad bar is something I could possibly eat everyday of the week.
Mike found himself a new friend in Jules. He loves her. So that makes me very happy. It had been 13 years since I saw Jules' and we picked up like we were never apart. I missed her in my life, and we missed some very important happening in one anothers lives. But, here we are and promise to never let it happen again.

Mo's Visit

Daddy went out of town for a week and so Mo came to visit and help take care of the pill. We had a great time. The weather was not so wonderful, but all in all we had fun. Lily could entertain herself for hours with this cabinet. It is the only one in the house that is not childproof and I keep telling Mike that he needs to get on this. I know it is fun for her, but she takes every cup out and drinks out of it and then drops it on the floor and moves on.

Mo was kind enough to go to HEB and get some spaghetti for Lily. I am not a fan of the stuff, it makes such a huge mess. But, if Mo will allow it and is willing to clean it up then NO PROBLEM with me. So she ate sghetti and then off to the tub.

She was so excited to have her daddy back. His trip was too long and we all missed him like crazy. So no more long long trips daddy!
