We are 15 months!

We are 15 months now.. Wow I can not believe how fast the time has flown. I was looking at pictures from a year ago and just can not seem to remember her ever being that small or looking the way she did when she was a baby.
Lily loves going out in the backyard. She doesn't care if the rain is falling or not. She wants to be outside. She loves chasing the cats around. Henry (our red cat) seems to kind of like Lily- well if it is possible for a cat to like a TODDLER.... He lets her chase him all over the backyard and even laid down for a rub down yesterday. We find Lily all over the backyard in the bushes you name it she thinks she is a cat. She squeals when she sees them and gets so excited.

We had a really good weekend. It was a relaxing one but a good one. We had a visit from Mike's mom (Gamma) yesterday. Lily loved showing off her stuff to her. She really thinks she is little miss thang. So funny!
Mike played golf Sunday afternoon so Lily and I went to the park with all of the other neighborhood children. Some children don't know how to play well with others and some just wanted to drag Lily around. She has finally gotten to wear she can climb all the way up the jungle gym to get to the slide. Don't worry her mother is always close behind. She loves to think she is steering the park with the wheel that is by the slide. She wanted to climb the ropes today, but I just did not see that as being possible for her. One day but not today she will be running all over that place.

When we got home from the park it was BATH time. I never really thought Lily could stink---besides the normal dirty DA DA'S.. But, she really smelled like outside and stinky tonight so I gave her a quick bath and she was worn out so she fell asleep by 6. So that was nice, hopefully she will sleep for 13 hours. Because I for one do not want to get up at 6. I too am beat from all of the park play.

I go to Austin for the week on Tuesday. I am really sad this time. It gets harder and harder to leave her. I have grown so attached to being with her all of the time. I told Mike he has to pick her up between 4 and 5 from daycare or she will think that her parent's have forgotten about her. I don't see his work understanding that-they can sure call me with any questions or concerns. I am getting all the weeks outfits ready for Mike. I am making sure that our baby looks like a model while her mommy is gone. Although daycare always seems to know when mommy is gone..... could it possibly be that Mike has yet to realize that maybe his baby girl needs a quick hair brushing in the morning. :) I am taking rubberbands to school in the morning so the daycare ladies can help her to keep her hair out of her eyes. Anyways that is all I have for right now, I will post more next week.. Next weekend on the agenda is....................THE ZOO!
